The role
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a pivotal role for someone who is ready to take ownership of our brand presence across local channels. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development and execution of marketing strategies, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure our brand voice remains consistent and impactful in a fast-paced environment.
Core responsibilities
- Design and implement local marketing campaigns that align with our broader product and brand objectives.
- Collaborate with global and local creative teams, including designers and copywriters, to produce high-quality assets while strictly adhering to our global creative guidelines.
- Manage the execution of both ATL and BTL campaigns across various touchpoints while tracking and reporting on the effectiveness of these efforts.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a proactive communicator who thrives in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- A postgraduate degree in marketing, business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Between 4 and 6 years of professional experience in brand management or marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for digital trends.
- A genuine interest in the intersections of technology, design, fashion, music, and culture.
- The ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Fluency in English to effectively liaise with our global team.
