We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team and help shape the future of sweetgreen. Our mission is to connect people to real food, and you will play a vital role in driving our brand strategy, product innovation, and guest engagement campaigns as we continue to grow our community.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring a seamless experience across all media channels and our restaurant locations.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams and external partners, including PR, social, and experiential agencies, to execute high-impact campaigns.
- Oversee brand strategy and product innovation, specifically focusing on off-premise packaging while measuring performance against key business indicators.
- Partner with our Consumer Insights team to translate data into breakthrough creative communications.
- Maintain a strong financial understanding of our business to drive informed, ownership-based decision-making.
- Stay ahead of the competitive landscape, cultural shifts, and emerging consumer trends to keep our brand relevant.
Must-haves
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in brand building and integrated marketing communications within a culturally driven environment.
- A 4-year degree, with an MBA preferred.
- Proven success in managing complex initiatives, including program and promotion execution.
- Strong proficiency in using data and consumer insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
- The ability to solve problems independently while maintaining a curious and resilient mindset.
- Fluency in English.
Benefits
The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 USD, depending on experience.
