We are Manufactured, a venture-backed inventory platform that serves as the first inventory exchange for SMBs across industries like fashion, CPG, and home goods. With over 1,200 vendors globally and $150 million in volume powered since 2019, we are a Series A startup growing 850% year over year. We are looking for a strategic Brand Distribution Lead to join our team of 30 as a contractor, with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
- Own the digital P&L for our brands, acting as a brand owner to drive profitable growth and scale revenue.
- Develop and execute the brand playbook, including messaging, positioning, creative direction, and customer journey mapping.
- Manage day-to-day operations on Shopify and various marketplaces, focusing on conversion rate optimization and site performance.
- Lead seasonal product launches and campaigns while collaborating with design and production teams on inventory planning.
- Analyze key performance indicators to forecast growth and optimize merchandising strategies.
- Partner with media buyers to scale paid campaigns across channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon.
- Oversee external consultants and freelancers, including those focused on SEO, design, and media buying.
- Align with internal finance, logistics, and product teams to ensure operational cohesion and healthy margins.
Must-haves
- Deep expertise in Shopify and major marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart.
- Proven experience in both brand development and performance marketing.
- Knowledge of big box wholesale and brick and mortar distribution channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance-driven campaigns.
- Ability to manage both in-house and outsourced teams effectively.
- A performance-oriented mindset with the ability to operate autonomously.
- Fluency in English.

Benefits
The expected compensation for this role is $100,000 - $160,000 base salary, plus performance bonuses and equity upside.
