About the Role
This is a full-time, senior-level position where you will lead our brand practice with both strategic insight and creative craft. You will be responsible for guiding our teams as they develop brand experiences that connect deeply with users and drive meaningful business impact. We are looking for a leader who can blend thought leadership with mentorship, ensuring that our work remains at the forefront of design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and elevate our vision for brand design, guiding our team through every stage of the process from initial insight to final expression.
- Partner directly with clients and executive stakeholders to help them scale their brands for digital-first environments.
- Drive our creative direction by integrating motion, 3D, and interaction design to create immersive and dynamic brand moments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring a wealth of experience and a passion for design culture.
- Over 10 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or design leadership, ideally within a digital-first setting.
- A robust portfolio showcasing your mastery of visual identity, storytelling, and scalable brand systems.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale engagements and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex creative concepts into strategic business outcomes.
Location
This role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere, though we are specifically open to those based in the EST time zone.
