The opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Brand Designer to join our Brand Studio. This multidisciplinary group of makers and strategists is responsible for how Figma shows up in the world. You will play a vital role in our mission to deliver world-class creative experiences, ensuring that our brand remains consistent, polished, and impactful across all our marketing efforts and social channels. This is a highly collaborative position where you will partner with our Go-To-Market teams to build awareness and share our story in novel ways.
A day in the life
- You will manage projects from the initial creative conception phase all the way through to final production.
- You will design engaging visual assets and digital experiences for our website, social media, and various events.
- You will collaborate closely with our marketing, product design, and growth teams to develop campaigns and launch announcements for new features.
Who you are
You are a self-motivated creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a good design challenge. You bring a strong portfolio that demonstrates your expertise in brand design across a variety of mediums. You possess a keen eye for typography, layout, and composition, and you have a deep understanding of current UI/UX patterns. You are a clear communicator who welcomes feedback and enjoys working iteratively. You are comfortable driving multiple projects simultaneously and are eager to grow your craft alongside a supportive team. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
