The role
We are seeking a Senior Brand & Design Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. This is a leadership position for an experienced professional who can interpret our brand strategy and ensure that our visual identity remains consistent, clear, and aligned with our global objectives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we are perceived by both internal and external audiences, using your creative flair to build brand loyalty and enhance our market presence.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the visual identity and brand management across our five UK brands, including PEXA, Smoove, Optima, Amity Law, and Legal Eye, to ensure consistent messaging and design standards.
- Oversee the end-to-end creation of high-quality design assets, ranging from digital content like websites and social media graphics to physical materials such as exhibition stands and marketing collateral.
- Manage external design and production partners by providing clear creative direction to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to our high standards.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in brand and communications, specifically within the B2B sector. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in brand and communications, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field, with an MBA or Master’s degree considered a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in design software, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, and a deep understanding of how to optimize assets for both print and digital platforms.
- Proven experience in change management and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the property market and experience in building cohesive brand identities that resonate with professional audiences like conveyancers and lenders.
