As we expand our brand awareness and optimize our digital presence, we are looking for a Brand Design Lead to help us bring our evolving visual identity to life across our website, digital ads, social channels, and in-person experiences.
Key outcomes
- Take ownership of our brand identity and design system to ensure visual consistency and sustainable workflows across all company deliverables.
- Create high-quality web experiences that effectively communicate our vision, product value, and brand story.
- Develop compelling data visualizations, infographics, and abstract visual metaphors that make complex concepts accessible and memorable.
- Partner with marketing team members and company stakeholders to align business goals with creative brand experiences.
- Explore innovative visual approaches, including the use of AI prototyping tools, to elevate our creative standards.
- Collaborate across the marketing team to enhance landing pages and email sequences while ensuring all assets feature strong messaging and effective distribution.
Requirements
- Proven experience acting as both a strategic taste-maker and a hands-on producer.
- A scrappy, results-driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and build creative direction from the ground up.
- Expertise in maintaining a consistent brand experience across multiple digital channels.
- Technical proficiency in Webflow to translate website designs into functional, live experiences.
- A data-informed approach to design, with the ability to adapt creative work based on performance insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present strategies and performance metrics to cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Comfort operating within a lean team environment and managing a modest budget.
- Professional fluency in English.
