What is this role?

We are looking for a Brand Design Lead to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. This is a lead-level position based in Australia that operates in a hybrid work environment. In this role, you will safeguard and evolve our distinctive visual identity while ensuring our brand continues to drive commercial impact and recognition.

What will you do?

• Lead our brand design efforts across campaigns, events, content, and marketing channels while providing creative direction and mentorship to our internal team and freelance network.
• Own the design and experience of our global website, which includes building a marketing design system and component library to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Manage creative operations by planning and prioritizing projects, overseeing workflows, and ensuring accountability across all brand and marketing initiatives.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have at least 7 years of experience in brand and digital design, ideally within a fast-growing tech, agency, or SaaS environment. We are looking for someone who possesses a deep understanding of brand systems and foundational UX/UI principles. You should be fluent in Figma and comfortable using AI tools to support your work. We value strategic thinkers who can balance creative ambition with business outcomes, and you should be comfortable working with web design, systems, and creative operations. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
