Brand & Communication Leader at Journey Clinical

What you bring

We are seeking an executive-level Brand & Communication Leader to join our team in a part-time, fully remote capacity. You will work directly with our co-founders to shape our narrative and serve as the voice of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Developing and owning our brand voice and tone across all internal and external channels, including our website, community portals, and social media.
• Managing our corporate communications strategy, which includes overseeing product launches, handling crisis communications, and serving as the official company spokesperson.
• Leading new initiatives such as launching podcasts or blogs while collaborating with our leadership team to ensure brand cohesion across the entire organization.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy professional with over a decade of experience in brand and communication, including at least three years in an agency setting and three years within an early-stage, venture-backed startup. You should possess a deep understanding of health tech and be comfortable communicating complex topics to both clinicians and patients. We are looking for a data-driven problem solver who is not afraid of ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in English, demonstrate stellar written and oral communication skills, and have a proven ability to lead crisis communications. A passion for our mission to advance psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy is essential, as is a hands-on approach to getting things done.
