Role at a glance

We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is a hybrid, field-based position primarily serving the New Jersey market, specifically covering Hunterdon, Somerset, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Burlington, and Ocean counties. You will spend roughly 80 to 90 percent of your time traveling to retail accounts and events, with the remainder of your work performed remotely.

Your impact

• Take the lead on executing TerrAscend branded pop-up events at cannabis retail locations throughout your assigned territory.
• Act as the face of our house brands by maintaining a professional, positive presence at community activations and industry events.
• Build strong relationships with dispensary contacts while providing detailed product knowledge to patients and customers to drive brand awareness and sales.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in field marketing, events, retail, or customer service, including a minimum of 3 months specifically in the cannabis industry.
• A solid grasp of cannabis fundamentals and a genuine passion for the industry.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent time management and communication skills, paired with an upbeat, outgoing personality.
• A valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting event equipment, such as a large tent and a 6ft folding table.
• The physical ability to lift 50 lbs and manage event setup and teardown independently.
• Fluency in English.
