Brand Ambassador at TerrAscend

We are currently looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be the face of our house brands, driving awareness and engagement across the New Jersey market through field activations and retail support.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end pop-up events at various cannabis retail locations to increase brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dispensary contacts and industry partners while representing our company with professionalism.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to patients and customers during activations.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings a positive attitude and a passion for the cannabis industry. To be successful in this position, you should have the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in field marketing, events, retail, or customer service.
• A minimum of 3 months of experience working as a brand ambassador within the cannabis sector.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong time management abilities.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle capable of transporting event equipment, such as a large tent and a 6ft folding table.
• The ability to travel 80% to 90% of the time, including some overnights, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
