We are Enso, and our mission is to make blockchain interactions effortless by bundling complex actions into simple, one-click shortcuts. We bridge the gaps between various DeFi ecosystems, providing a single, intuitive API that connects users to the entire landscape. We believe in an inclusive world where you hold the keys to your own destiny, which is why we maintain an open system without whitelists to ensure our users have limitless possibilities. Our team is spread across the globe, united by a deep curiosity and a drive to simplify the web3 ecosystem. We are looking for a senior-level engineer to join us in building the infrastructure of the future.
What you'll be doing
- You will develop backend services that communicate with smart contracts across multiple blockchain networks.
- You will collaborate directly with our smart contract team to refine our protocols and optimize how we interact with them.
- You will research new DeFi protocols and integrate them into our infrastructure while contributing your own ideas to improve our products and processes.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have significant experience in backend engineering and a strong command of Node.js and TypeScript. You must have a solid understanding of Ethereum, including its JSON RPC and EVM. We value a security-focused mindset in all your development work, and you should be proficient with Git for version control. While not required, we would love it if you are comfortable writing smart contracts in Solidity or have experience and interest in Rust. Fluency in English is essential for our distributed team.
What you'll get
We are a fully remote organization, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience and expertise. By joining us, you will have the unique opportunity to lay the technical foundations for a growing company while deepening your knowledge of web3 alongside a team with extensive backgrounds in MEV and custody.
