We are backed by prominent investors such as Jump Capital, Genesis Trading, and Fidelity Digital Assets, and we are now looking for a Senior Blockchain Product Manager to join our team in Singapore on a hybrid basis.
Key outcomes
- Collaborate closely with our engineering team and the Starknet developers to drive blockchain initiatives for Paradex, our derivatives DEX.
- Design gas-efficient smart contract solutions to support complex features like multi-collateral, portfolio margining, and expanded market options.
- Develop a secure escape hatch mechanism to ensure the safety of user funds during emergency scenarios.
- Lead initiatives focused on gas cost optimization, monitoring, and modeling.
- Create mechanisms for L2 data encryption to protect trader privacy.
- Implement proofs to verify complex off-chain calculations, including order matching and instrument pricing.
- Guide blockchain engineering discussions and shape technology decisions that align with our product strategy.
- Author whitepapers and blog posts to increase awareness of our technology stack and market innovations.
Requirements
- An MSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience managing complex software systems and working with algorithms.
- A demonstrated ability to translate a high-level vision into actionable product roadmaps and features.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain intricate technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Proven leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
