Blockchain PM at Paradigm

At Paradigm, we are on a mission to redefine the future of finance. We operate as a zero-fee, institutional liquidity network that serves derivatives traders across both CeFi and DeFi markets. By joining our team, you will help build the infrastructure that provides unified, on-demand access to multi-asset liquidity for over 1,000 institutional clients who trade more than $10 billion every month. We are a fast-moving, global organization backed by industry leaders, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us ship innovative solutions faster than anyone else in the space.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Product Manager to join our Product and Research team on a full-time, on-site basis in Singapore. In this role, you will be at the heart of our efforts to research, design, and implement features for Paradex, our derivatives DEX powered by Starknet ZK-Rollup technology. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, blockchain engineering, and complex systems.

Core responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our blockchain engineers and the Starknet team to design gas-efficient smart contracts that support complex features like multi-collateral, portfolio margining, and new market expansions.
• Lead critical technical initiatives, including the development of robust escape hatch mechanisms for user fund safety, L2 data encryption for privacy, and the implementation of proofs to verify off-chain calculations.
• Drive our product strategy by translating complex blockchain concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps and communicating our technical vision through whitepapers and blog posts.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• An MSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proven experience working with complex software systems and advanced algorithms.
• The ability to distill complex technical ideas into approachable product features and clear visions.
• Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills to guide engineering discussions.
• A background in financial derivatives, trading, or risk management is considered a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.

Compensation and benefits

We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. Our benefits package includes:

• Unlimited vacation policy, with a minimum requirement of 10 days off per year, plus national and floating holidays.
• A learning budget of $1,000 to support your professional development through courses, materials, or conferences.
• A home office budget providing $3,500 in your first year for equipment and a $2,000 refresh allowance every two years.
• Access to comprehensive insurance and benefits packages tailored to your location.
• A flexible work environment designed to help you perform at your best.
