The role
We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Product Manager to join our Product and Research team on a full-time, on-site basis in Singapore. In this role, you will be at the heart of our efforts to research, design, and implement features for Paradex, our derivatives DEX powered by Starknet ZK-Rollup technology. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, blockchain engineering, and complex systems.
Core responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with our blockchain engineers and the Starknet team to design gas-efficient smart contracts that support complex features like multi-collateral, portfolio margining, and new market expansions.
- Lead critical technical initiatives, including the development of robust escape hatch mechanisms for user fund safety, L2 data encryption for privacy, and the implementation of proofs to verify off-chain calculations.
- Drive our product strategy by translating complex blockchain concepts into clear, actionable roadmaps and communicating our technical vision through whitepapers and blog posts.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- An MSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working with complex software systems and advanced algorithms.
- The ability to distill complex technical ideas into approachable product features and clear visions.
- Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills to guide engineering discussions.
- A background in financial derivatives, trading, or risk management is considered a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English is required.
