About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Blockchain Product Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be a central figure in the research, design, and development of new features for Paradex, our derivatives DEX built on Starknet ZK-Rollup technology. You will dive deep into cutting-edge blockchain research to define use cases and lead their implementation as part of our core product roadmap. This position sits at the intersection of finance, engineering, and blockchain strategy, offering you the chance to solve complex technical challenges in the DeFi ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our blockchain engineering team and the Starknet developers to design gas-efficient smart contracts that support system complexity, including portfolio margining and multi-collateral options.
- Lead the development of critical security and privacy mechanisms, such as an escape hatch solution to protect user funds and L2 data encryption to ensure trader privacy.
- Drive initiatives focused on gas cost optimization and the use of proofs to verify complex off-chain calculations, such as order matching and instrument pricing.
Requirements
- An MSc degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience working with complex software systems and advanced algorithms.
- The ability to articulate a high-level product vision and break it down into actionable features.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A solid understanding of financial derivatives, risk management, and trading is considered a strong asset.

This position is based in Singapore.
