About the Role
We are seeking a Blockchain Operations Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is perfect for a junior professional who is eager to streamline our engineering workflows and ensure the reliability of our blockchain infrastructure. You will play a vital role in managing our token systems, building automation, and maintaining the monitoring tools that keep our operations running smoothly and securely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain secure multisig setups to ensure compliant and efficient operations.
- Design and manage robust automation systems for both our on-chain and off-chain activities.
- Develop internal observability tools and ensure our data is accurately represented on external analytics platforms and block explorers.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Residency within the PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones.
- At least 6 months of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on blockchain or crypto.
- A strong grasp of blockchain application layers, specifically fungible token standards such as ERC20.
- Practical experience working with decentralized finance protocols and exchanges.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset toward cybersecurity and operational safety.
- A computer science degree is preferred but not required if you demonstrate the right technical aptitude.
Location
This is a fully remote position, and we welcome applicants from anywhere, provided they are available to work within the specified North American time zones.
