The role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Blockchain Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in the world. You will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing organization that has successfully secured significant funding to scale our impact on the Ethereum ecosystem.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality code at the protocol level of the Ethereum network.
• Collaborate closely with your teammates to solve complex technical problems through rigorous experimentation and innovation.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities to ensure the integrity of our blockchain infrastructure.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in computer science and a passion for decentralized technology. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with blockchain technology.
• Deep technical proficiency in Solidity and various Web3-related tools.
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to translate cutting-edge research into real-world applications.
• Excellent communication skills with a preference for open, transparent, and direct collaboration.
• A security-minded approach to development with a high level of attention to detail.
• Fluency in English.
