At Conduit we are building the crypto-native cloud platform that will scale Ethereum. Our platform makes it simple for anyone to launch and operate their own rollup, combining web2 engineering practices with web3 rollup technology to deliver abundant onchain compute. Since going live in 2023 we have grown to operate more than 200 chains across mainnet and testnet, supporting over $1B in total-value-locked and powering production chains such as Proof of Play, Zora, and Aevo. Backed by a $37M Series A co-led by Paradigm and Haun Ventures, we are an elite team drawn from Meta, Brex, Wish, Compound, Chainalysis, Immunefi, Amazon, Avara/Aave, Paradigm, and other leading organizations. We are now seeking a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join us on a full-time, remote basis and help expand the infrastructure that powers the next generation of onchain applications.
Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and evolve the EVM Node solutions that power the Conduit Platform.
- Deliver scalable and robust software solutions while working in a DevOps environment.
- Create and improve tooling and processes that increase maintainability and reliability across our systems.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the EVM and the surrounding node architecture.
- Hands-on experience working with Ethereum internals such as debuggers, block explorers, and tracers.
- Familiarity with tooling patterns and practices used by developers on EVM networks.
- Proven experience designing, implementing, and operating production-grade services.
- Strong debugging skills across the stack, including networking, performance, and memory-related issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other engineers through mentoring, peer reviews, and design discussions.
- Proficiency in at least one of Golang, Python, or Rust, along with experience using Postgres and Redis.
