What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Blockchain Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact position for an experienced engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You will play a key role in architecting and delivering critical feature upgrades for our users while working both independently and alongside our talented engineering group.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of the development, maintenance, and testing of our suite of developer tools.
• Design and implement essential blockchain utilities, such as CLI clients, benchmarking tools, and debugging interfaces.
• Establish rigorous monitoring and testing protocols to ensure our systems meet the highest standards for performance and security.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable working in diverse development ecosystems. We are looking for someone who brings the following expertise:

• Five to ten years of professional software engineering experience, including at least five years working in production environments with distributed systems, public blockchains, or applied cryptography.
• Deep proficiency in Rust, with a strong grasp of concurrency, memory management, and lifetimes.
• Practical experience implementing cryptographic primitives and designing tests for long-running, complex projects.
• A strong background in building highly secure software and a working knowledge of peer-to-peer system complexities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
