About the Role

We are searching for a Lead Blockchain Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take charge of significant, high-impact projects that shape the future of our business. You will be responsible for solving intricate engineering challenges and establishing the processes and tooling necessary to elevate the efficiency of our entire engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and deploy blockchain code across both test and production environments.
• Develop, test, and deploy smart contracts while ensuring the reliability of our Web3 applications.
• Create comprehensive testing suites, including unit, integration, end-to-end, and simulation tests, while automating our build and release pipelines using GitHub Actions.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong technical foundation and a passion for decentralized systems. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise working with the Cosmos SDK or within the broader Cosmos ecosystem.
• Advanced proficiency in Golang.
• A deep understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Practical experience with binary serialization and deserialization, specifically Protobufs.

We also value candidates who bring experience with Rust or Solidity, CosmWasm or EVM smart contracts, and distributed systems like consensus protocols and peer-to-peer networking. Backgrounds in cryptography, Docker, Kubernetes, or database engines like LSM trees are considered a significant plus.
