Role at a glance

We are hiring a Senior Blockchain Developer to join us full-time in a fully remote capacity. You will work from anywhere in the world as part of a fast-moving engineering team focused on high-performance blockchain systems.

Your impact

• Design, build, and maintain core blockchain infrastructure in Rust and Move, ensuring the platform stays secure, scalable, and performant.
• Implement and tune Layer 1 and Layer 2 protocols while identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities across the stack.
• Collaborate with the core development team on code reviews, open-source contributions, and continuous improvements that keep our technology at the cutting edge.

What you'll need

We're looking for someone with at least three years of strong, hands-on experience writing production-grade Rust. You should bring deep knowledge of networking, consensus protocols, parallel execution, and storage systems, plus proven experience building decentralized, trustless applications with a focus on scalability and performance. Familiarity with system-level tuning, memory management, and blockchain security practices is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and native-level written and spoken English complete the profile. Experience with the Move programming language, especially Aptos Move runtime or Move smart contracts, and a track record of meaningful open-source contributions will set you apart.
