What is this role?
This is a full-time senior Blockchain Developer / Web3 Backend Engineer position. The role centers on smart-contract and backend engineering for our NFT and community platform, and it is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere.
What will you do?
- Design, develop, and deploy NFT-related smart contracts-primarily in Solidity on EVM-compatible chains-while handling testing, security audits, and gas optimization.
- Build and maintain the backend services and off-chain databases that interact with the blockchain, including on-chain and off-chain data analysis and processing pipelines.
- Ensure system security, scalability, and stability by participating in capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring a solid computer-science foundation with strong data-structure and algorithm skills, plus proven programming and problem-solving abilities. You have hands-on experience developing and optimizing smart contracts in Solidity, using tools such as Truffle and Hardhat, and working with libraries like OpenZeppelin. You are comfortable with the ERC-721, ERC-721A, and ERC-1155 standards, and you have production experience with Golang or another backend stack. You also know your way around MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and data-processing tools such as Kafka. Prior work launching large-scale or complex smart contracts on Ethereum, contributing to DeFi projects, or working in security-focused environments is highly valued. All communication happens in English.
