About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Blockchain Data Analyst to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will serve as a data architect, transforming raw, fragmented on-chain information into elegant, meaningful models that power some of the world's most significant crypto applications. You will act as a detective and researcher, diving into blockchain internals to create the data products that our institutional partners and developers rely on every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement intuitive data models that unify messy on-chain information into reliable, cross-protocol insights.
- Reverse engineer complex DeFi protocols and smart contract interactions to extract and transform data into production-ready models using SQL and dbt.
- Index new blockchains by analyzing raw data structures and designing schemas that serve as the trusted source of truth for the entire ecosystem.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a high level of curiosity and a product-minded approach to data design. We are looking for candidates who are comfortable navigating ambiguity and who can thrive in environments where documentation is sparse. You must have mastery over SQL and dbt, with the ability to write performant transformations that handle large-scale data pipelines. A deep interest in blockchain protocols and a commitment to building maintainable, high-quality data products are essential.
