What you bring
We are seeking a mid-level Blockchain Core Developer to join our Layer 1 Engineering team on a full-time basis. You will work in a hybrid capacity from any location, focusing on our Ethereum-like stack to support the Autonity project. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Writing and implementing new protocol features using Go and Solidity.
- Building and maintaining advanced distributed systems tests and frameworks.
- Collaborating on the creation of detailed protocol and design specifications.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a systems programmer who values clean, performant, and maintainable code. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with professional proficiency in English. You must have strong experience with low-level programming, specifically with at least two years of experience in Go, as well as a solid grasp of network, concurrent, and distributed programming on Linux. A deep understanding of Ethereum protocols, P2P messaging, and cryptographic primitives is essential. We value candidates who are proactive in their communication and have a genuine passion for decentralization, whether demonstrated through professional work or open-source contributions.
