We are looking for a dedicated BKD Training Specialist to join our team in Cyprus. At Exness, we pride ourselves on being a leader in the fintech space, and our Business Knowledge Development team plays a vital role in ensuring our staff remains at the forefront of the industry. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for the entire training lifecycle, from initial content design to the final delivery and assessment of our business knowledge programs.

Key outcomes

• Design and facilitate both online and offline onboarding sessions and specialized business training.
• Develop high-quality learning materials, including handbooks, e-learning modules, and videos, using AI-powered tools and design software.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure all training is accurate, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.
• Evaluate the success of training programs by analyzing participant feedback and assessment data.
• Continuously refine and update training content to reflect strategic goals and process improvements.
• Identify specific knowledge gaps within the organization and propose effective learning interventions.
• Maintain precise records of training participation and outcomes to support ongoing development reporting.
• Provide support for broader learning and development projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a training or presentation role, with comfort in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Deep familiarity with various instructional methods, such as workshops, coaching, and e-learning.
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical skills in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience using AI and multimedia tools to create professional learning content.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex topics and build rapport with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to remain calm under pressure.

Preferred qualifications

• Professional certifications in instructional design, adult learning, or training delivery.
• Background or strong interest in financial markets, fintech, or trading products.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems like LearnUpon, Degreed, or Articulate Storyline.
