Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior professional to join our BizOps & Strategy team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, though we prefer candidates who can align their schedule with the Pacific US time zone. You will report directly to the VP of Strategy and Insights to help drive our most critical company initiatives.
Your impact
- Lead the execution of large-scale, high-impact projects that directly influence our business results and growth levers.
- Partner closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to implement strategic initiatives rather than just advising on them.
- Drive company-wide process improvements and develop performance metrics to ensure we are meeting our strategic goals.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be an analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can turn data into actionable insights and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish.
- At least 6 years of professional experience, specifically within the SaaS industry.
- A strong background in strategic planning, project management, and data insight.
- Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or private equity is a significant advantage.
- Fluency in English and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Engineering or Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience.
- A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for product strategy.
Perks and compensation
The base salary range for this position is $154,000 to $216,000, with actual pay determined by your specific skills, experience, and location. Beyond the salary, we offer a comprehensive package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
