We are currently looking for a BizOps Analyst to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. Having recently secured Series A funding from top-tier venture capitalists, we are poised to disrupt the mortgage industry. Responsibilities
- Support our daily operations by managing data entry, file organization, scheduling, customer service inquiries, and website maintenance.
- Drive our sales initiatives by tracking deals, conducting market research, and executing growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects, track budgets, reconcile invoices, and develop new workflows that improve our overall efficiency.
Requirements
- A junior-level background with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive suites.
- A flexible mindset that allows you to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
