We are looking for a talented Senior BizOps Analyst to join our team in Israel on a full-time, on-site basis to help us maintain the high standards of our global infrastructure.
What you'll be doing
- You will monitor the health of our business applications in real-time, using advanced tools to ensure our operations run without interruption.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact during critical incidents, coordinating between IT teams, business users, and management to drive issues toward a swift resolution.
- You will perform deep-dive post-incident reviews, creating detailed Root Cause Analysis reports and overseeing the implementation of long-term fixes to prevent future issues.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a background in a quantitative field such as Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and experience:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a sharp eye for detail and the capacity to organize large volumes of information accurately.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, which is mandatory for this role.
- Experience with Kibana and the ELK stack to create insightful reports and dashboards is a significant advantage.
- Resilience and the ability to remain calm and effective while managing critical incidents.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, especially if you have prior experience working within a production environment.
- Fluency in English.
