The role
We are offering a position within the Binance Accelerator Program focused on Affiliate Marketing. This is a full-time, remote opportunity designed specifically for students and recent graduates who are early in their careers. You will gain an immersive experience in the Web3 space, working behind the scenes of our leading blockchain ecosystem while building a professional network and developing skills that will propel your future career.
Core responsibilities
- Expand our affiliate network by performing cold outreach to YouTubers, media outlets, and various influencers.
- Manage key accounts by maintaining regular communication with affiliates, analyzing their performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations to improve their results.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns with a strong focus on return on investment, while using internal data to build reports and optimize the performance of the affiliate channel.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We value candidates who are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects across different time zones. The following qualifications are essential:
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A strong interest in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the Binance ecosystem.
- The ability to work independently and handle a high volume of moving parts simultaneously.
- Previous experience in business development or marketing is considered an advantage.
