BIM Coordinator at Foth

We are currently looking for a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team in Green Bay, Wisconsin, on a full-time, hybrid basis. Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all business unit projects.
• Lead the development and review of federated models, including 3D models and 2D drawings, while actively identifying and resolving design conflicts through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for data management, overseeing project design models and providing essential training and guidance to team members on software workflows and CAD standards.

Requirements

• An Associate’s degree or an equivalent level of technical experience.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in a BIM Coordinator role or a similar capacity within the industry, with 10 years preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with the Autodesk product line, including recent experience with tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Technical familiarity with MEP design, laser scanning, point cloud data, and emerging visualization technologies like Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality.
