Responsibilities:
- Installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, performance monitoring, tuning and troubleshooting of Comarch BSS, including the following modules: Product Catalog, Billing, Billing Mediation;
- Keeping an eye on system jobs, understanding error logs, investigating any data issues, and resolve runtime problems;
- Interfaces monitoring;
- Manage backups and restores, disaster recovery, high availability of systems.
- Develop a deep understanding of the billing platform and look for ways to improve its use in daily operations.
- Help set up data connections and integrations to ensure smooth data flow from start to finish, and take technical ownership of the system after go-live.
- Participate in discussions around expanding the technical team for further implementation in European markets, helping to define roles and responsibilities as needed.
- Manage and satisfy audit controls.
- Security experience is required.
- Effectively interface and collaborate with other tech teams, including infrastructure and security teams.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
- Stay abreast of BSS roadmaps, development to help improve current platform.
- Leading Proof of Concept and guiding team on billing system technology possibilities
- Create and maintain team documentation leading to best practices, standardization and service desk support.
