About the Role
We are searching for a Senior Billing System Administrator to join us in a Full Time capacity. This is a remote position where you will play a vital role in maintaining the stability and efficiency of our Comarch BSS environment. You will be the technical lead for our billing platform, ensuring that our systems are secure, reliable, and optimized for high performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the end-to-end management of Comarch BSS modules, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure system reliability by managing backups, disaster recovery protocols, and high availability configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage audit controls, security requirements, and technical integrations across our infrastructure.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have extensive experience in Billing System Administration and a strong technical background. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- Proven expertise in managing, patching, and upgrading Comarch BSS platforms.
- Strong skills in system integration, performance monitoring, and resolving complex runtime issues.
- A deep understanding of security best practices and audit compliance within a technical environment.
- Experience leading technical initiatives, such as Proof of Concept projects, and creating standardized documentation for team best practices.
- The ability to participate in an on-call rotation to maintain system uptime.
- Professional proficiency in English.
