About the Role
We are hiring a Billing Specialist and Traffic Coordinator for a full-time, remote position. In this mid-level role, you will report to the Invoice, Billing & Traffic Manager and work closely with our media buying team. You will be responsible for managing essential financial and operational tasks that keep our marketing efforts running smoothly, ensuring that our resources are utilized effectively while maintaining strong relationships with our external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile invoices and monitor vendor budgets to ensure strict adherence to our internal guidelines.
- Generate and distribute traffic instructions to vendors across all media types while coordinating with our production team to verify spot delivery.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies while building and maintaining productive, long-term relationships with media vendors.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently. We value candidates who possess:
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Word and Excel, as well as Google Workspace.
- Experience in marketing, legal, or accounts receivable environments is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with media traffic systems.

Compensation and Benefits
