Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Bid Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is based on-site in Israel, where you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts and help drive our continued revenue growth.

Your impact

• Take full ownership of the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from initial opportunity identification and qualification to the final submission of high-quality proposals.
• Develop and execute winning bid strategies that align with our corporate goals while ensuring strict compliance with all client requirements and tender guidelines.
• Collaborate across departments, including sales, technical, legal, and finance, to manage resources effectively and secure favorable contract terms.

What you'll need

• English as your mother tongue.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in bid or proposal management, ideally within the defense or security sectors.
• Proven success in managing complex, large-scale contracts and government procurement processes.
• Deep expertise in proposal writing, contract negotiation, and financial analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Office and specialized bid management software.
• Strong project management capabilities and the ability to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
