The role

We are seeking a Senior BI & Reporting Technical Coach to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys bridging the gap between technical data architecture and practical business needs. You will act as a primary point of contact for our members, helping them unlock the value of their data through expert reporting, visualization, and troubleshooting. This is a high-impact role where you will master our product ecosystem while providing the guidance our customers need to succeed.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with our members to design, refine, and optimize complex reports and database objects, including SQL views, functions, and stored procedures.
• Lead the troubleshooting and resolution process for reporting issues while providing accurate project estimates and recommending standardized reporting solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions, to ensure our members receive the support they need to thrive.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in data analysis and a passion for helping others. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Proven experience with business intelligence, report writing, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and a solid understanding of contemporary cloud data architectures like AWS.
• Experience with Oracle databases is considered a significant advantage.
• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
