The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior BI Engineer to join our team in Israel on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the architect of our business intelligence landscape, transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. You will work within a modern big data environment, using your technical expertise to build scalable systems that empower our stakeholders. This is a unique chance to influence our data strategy while working with cutting-edge technologies to support our partners and their customers.

A day in the life

• You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and senior leadership to translate complex business requirements into robust, high-impact BI solutions.
• You will design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines and enrichment processes, ensuring our systems remain performant and scalable.
• You will act as a central resource for all data-related inquiries, creating intuitive dashboards and providing training to help users across the company get the most out of our BI tools.

Who you are

You are a motivated, independent problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments. You bring at least three years of experience in a BI engineering or similar role, with a deep understanding of data architecture. You communicate clearly in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with DWH methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with ETL/ELT solutions like DBT, Airflow, or Rivery.
• A proven ability to build and manage complex data pipelines.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Experience with Python, Snowflake, Looker, or cloud-based environments is considered a significant advantage.
