About the Role

We are looking for a BI Developer to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this mid-level role, you will be an integral part of a team dedicated to designing and building the next generation of business intelligence tools. Your work will directly support our management and staff by providing the data and insights necessary to make informed business decisions. We need someone who is naturally curious about business processes and possesses the drive to solve complex technical problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated models, dashboards, scripts, and reports using Dimensional Insight BI tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data flow, reporting operations, and BI tool performance.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of business analysts, developers, and end-users to deliver on strategic data and analytics initiatives.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Between 2 and 4 years of professional experience developing analytical and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong SQL skills and high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of BI tools, specifically Dimensional Insight’s Diver, including administration, architecture, and data modeling.
• A solid understanding of in-memory data discovery architecture.
• Preferred experience with the Microsoft BI stack, including SSAS, SSIS, and Power BI.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000, depending on your specific qualifications and experience. Beyond your base pay, you will be eligible for a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
