We build high-scale advertising marketplaces that deliver optimal value to publishers and advertisers across every screen, and we are looking for a BI Developer Analyst to join our team in Poland to help us transform how we use data to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a federated team of analysts, data engineers, and scientists to document business needs and reporting requirements.
- Ensure the entire organization maintains consistency by using unified metrics, datasets, and methodologies.
- Analyze department-level OKRs and KPIs to build actionable insights that shape our strategy.
- Conceptualize business problems and independently identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support key initiatives.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations directly to senior management.
- Democratize data access by supporting and training non-technical colleagues across the company.
Must-haves
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Analyst, or BI Developer.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of data modeling and data processing mechanics.
- Experience with cloud-based data storage and analysis tools like GCP BigQuery, RedShift, or Athena.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Economics, Math, or Statistics.
- Excellent communication skills in both English (B2 level) and Polish.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional, and cross-time-zone environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional background in AdTech or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Python or other scripting languages.
