About the Role
We are seeking a Beta Operations Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be the backbone of our beta program, ensuring that we gather critical user insights to improve our products. You will manage the day-to-day operations of our testing initiatives, evolving our processes and communication strategies to close the feedback loop between our users and our product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy for our beta program by defining testing cohorts, creating detailed test plans, and coordinating with engineering and UX teams to prioritize activities.
- Recruit and manage participants for beta testing and advisory boards, ensuring they have a seamless experience while facilitating the distribution of surveys, release notes, and testing guides.
- Analyze participant feedback and metrics to generate actionable reports, using data to drive program improvements and inform our broader product release strategy.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in project management and a passion for solving complex logistical challenges. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Proven experience managing complex projects with cross-functional, distributed teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external partners.
- Proficiency using CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot to manage user populations and contact data.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to different audiences.
- A deep commitment to progressive causes and a collaborative, inclusive approach to teamwork.
- A foundational understanding of software development processes and a willingness to learn new technical concepts.
Location
This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere within the United States, specifically within our authorized states.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $123,000 to $137,000 USD. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support our team members, including:
