About the Role
We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position. In this junior-level role, you will report to the Benefits Manager and play a vital part in the administration of our comprehensive benefits program. You will serve as a primary point of contact for staff inquiries, manage enrollment processes, and handle essential clerical tasks to ensure our benefits operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for benefits-related questions, managing communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process enrollments and status changes within our HRIS and vendor systems while maintaining accurate records.
- Support the annual open enrollment process and assist with the administration of employee benefits orientations and documentation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- An Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a benefits, human resources, or administrative coordination role.
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite for document and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with high attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work effectively with a diverse group of people.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver license, and be able to pass a health screening, TB test, and background fingerprint clearance.
- The physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds is required for certain duties.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires on-site attendance.
Compensation and Benefits
