What you bring
As a junior-level Benefits Coordinator working in a full-time capacity at our United States location, you will serve as the primary administrative support for our benefits programs. You will utilize your knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office to ensure our team members receive excellent service. Your daily contributions will include the following:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all employee benefits inquiries and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Managing the processing of life events and benefits changes within our HRIS to ensure accurate data maintenance.
- Providing essential support for open enrollment administration and ongoing benefits documentation.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong attention to detail and clear, professional communication skills. The ideal team member is comfortable navigating HRIS platforms and is proficient with Microsoft Office. While a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, we value candidates who demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. You should be capable of managing routine administrative tasks efficiently, and any prior experience in a high-volume HR environment will be considered a significant asset.
