What you bring

We are seeking a mid-level Benefits Coordinator to join our global People team on a full-time, on-site basis in Brazil. You will be a vital resource for our team, ensuring that our employees receive the support they need to stay healthy and engaged. Your work will involve managing daily operations and serving as a key point of contact for our staff.

• Serve as the primary contact for Brazil-based employees, handling their benefit inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
• Facilitate benefits enrollment processes and conduct orientations for new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain efficient administration of health, dental, and other essential benefit plans.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in benefits administration with a specific focus on the Brazilian market. You must be fluent in both English and Portuguese to communicate effectively across our global organization. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HRIS platforms are essential for managing our data and documentation. Above all, you should be a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
