What You'll Do
Epic Games is searching for an exceptional Benefits Coordinator to join our global Benefits team. In this role, you will develop and utilize a comprehensive understanding of non-US benefits administration (with a focus on Brazil), provide excellent service as a point of contact across the company, troubleshoot diverse challenges, and assist with day-to-day benefit plan operations. By doing so, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and wellness of our global team.
In this role, you will
- Be the first point of contact, addressing and escalating day to day benefit inquiries from Epic’s employees in Brazil
- Perform new hire benefits orientation meetings and coordinate benefits enrollment (new hires, terminations, etc.)
- Coordinate with, support and partner with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient benefit plan administration (health and dental insurance, pension, transportation and meal vouchers, etc.)
- Communications, billing and invoicing support
- Ongoing assistance with required medical exams (admission, dismissal, and periodic exams
- Maintain digital storage of plan documents and employee resource while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR/LGPD compliance
- Language proficiency in both Portuguese and English
What we're looking for

- Detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Trust, we regularly deal with sensitive information and confidentiality is paramount
- Flexibility to manage ambiguity, pivot, and adapt to evolving business or client needs
- Comfort with a fast-paced work environment
- 2 years or more of relevant benefits administration experience with a focus on Brazil benefits
- Understanding of standard regulations and compliance practices related to benefit plans
- Familiarity with an HRIS (we use Senor in Brazil and Workday in other locations)
- Excel or Google Sheets experience
