We are currently seeking a Benefits & Compensation Analyst to join our team and help us foster a workplace where every employee feels valued, supported, and fairly rewarded.
Key outcomes
- Manage the end-to-end administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, while ensuring data accuracy within our HRIS.
- Lead the annual open enrollment process, including all associated communications and execution.
- Oversee leave and accommodation policies to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations, working closely with our outsourced partners.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to develop and maintain competitive compensation structures, including conducting pay equity analyses and salary benchmarking.
- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing clear and discreet guidance on complex benefits, compensation, and leave inquiries.
- Partner with finance and leadership teams to align our total rewards strategy with broader business objectives.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, combined with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven technical proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Direct experience configuring benefit plans within management systems and establishing carrier connections.
- Strong understanding of federal and state labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
- A demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with professionalism and ethical judgment.
- Experience using AI tools responsibly to improve HR processes and decision-making.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, including occasional overnight trips.
Preferred qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist).
- Hands-on experience with compensation analytics and specialized salary benchmarking tools.
Compensation
The base salary range for this full-time, on-site position is $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year. Final compensation is determined based on factors such as experience, education, training, and merit. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
