What is this role?
We are looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is a hybrid position based in Columbus, Georgia, requiring you to work from our center one day each week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining four days. This role is specifically for residents of Georgia who live within a two-hour radius of our Columbus location.
What will you do?
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and design individualized treatment plans to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Provide clinical supervision and ongoing training to therapists, ensuring high-quality implementation of ABA programs.
- Collaborate closely with families and caregivers to provide the training and support necessary for consistent progress.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should be a certified BCBA with at least two years of experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum. You must be Medicaid Certified and comfortable using REACH software. We are looking for someone with strong clinical leadership skills who has experience supervising RBTs or other BCBA candidates. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will be working frequently with families and multidisciplinary teams.
