We are the Kilderkin Group, a local, family-owned business that manages a collection of historic, traditional pubs. We are currently looking for new people to help us grow our team and continue delivering excellent service to our guests.

What is this role?

We are looking for a Bar Team Member to join us on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position that is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and wants to work in a hands-on, on-site environment within the United Kingdom.

What will you do?

• Provide friendly and attentive service to our customers to ensure they have a great experience in our pubs.
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, with a particular focus on our selection of real ales, rums, and whiskies.
• Work alongside our close-knit, family-oriented team to maintain the high standards of our historic venues.

What makes you a great fit?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys working in a lively pub setting. You should be comfortable communicating in English and possess strong customer service skills. While we provide excellent training, it is a significant advantage if you already have a good knowledge of cask ales and a genuine interest in learning more about our range of rums and whiskies.
