We are Treasury Prime, the company behind a leading Banking as a Service platform that links banks and fintech companies through a single API. Our technology lets developers integrate core banking functions such as account opening, payments, and card issuance in days rather than months. We are now building a dedicated bank sales team and are seeking an experienced Bank Sales Director to help shape its direction, processes, and culture from the outset.
Key outcomes
- Engage bank and fintech executives to identify modernization opportunities and expand their fintech capabilities.
- Design and execute inbound and outbound sales strategies that generate and advance qualified opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle for bank partners, from initial contact through signed agreement.
- Build and maintain a named account list, creating targeted plans to win and grow revenue within the bank channel.
- Establish trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at prospective bank clients.
- Collaborate across legal, compliance, marketing, finance, customer service, and relationship-management teams to keep initiatives aligned.
- Partner with product and engineering groups to inform product direction based on market feedback.
- Represent Treasury Prime at client sites and industry events, traveling as needed to support business development.
Requirements
- Senior-level sales experience, preferably selling technical or SaaS solutions to banks.
- Demonstrated ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into multi-product solutions.
- Proven success developing and executing sales plans across multiple bank accounts.
- Strong listening skills for both virtual and in-person meetings involving multiple stakeholders.
- Track record of leading complex negotiations that result in bespoke commercial agreements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Capacity to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Interest in the intersection of technology and financial services.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
The US salary range for this position is $150,000 to $300,000 USD. The Canada salary range is $112,500 to $225,000 CAD. In addition to competitive pay, the role offers the flexibility of remote work.
