What you bring
As a Bancassurance Sales Associate, you will join us in a full-time, on-site capacity in Singapore. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates who are eager to launch a career in financial services. You will be responsible for driving the growth of our bancassurance channel by managing client relationships and promoting our insurance solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Promoting life, health, and general insurance products to our bank clients through both face-to-face and digital interactions.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets while using data to refine your strategies and improve performance.
- Providing expert advisory services by conducting needs analysis to ensure our customers receive the best possible financial solutions.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess a strong interest in the insurance sector and a drive for professional growth. While we welcome fresh graduates, any prior experience in front-line sales is highly valued. You should hold a diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field. It is beneficial if you have already obtained CMFAS certifications, such as M5, M9, M9A, HI, BCP, or PGI, though this is not strictly required. We value individuals who are comfortable with digital tools, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A high standard of ethical conduct and a commitment to regulatory compliance are essential for success in this position.
