Backend Solidity Engineer at Enso

What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Backend Solidity Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a foundational role where you will play a critical part in scaling our infrastructure. You will work alongside colleagues who have deep expertise in web3, MEV, and custody, giving you a unique opportunity to learn while you contribute to our mission.

What will you do?

• Develop backend services that communicate with smart contracts across multiple blockchain networks.
• Collaborate directly with our smart contract developers to refine our contracts and optimize how we interact with them.
• Research new DeFi protocols and manage their integration into our existing systems.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have significant experience in backend engineering and a security-focused mindset. We are looking for the following skills and qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
• A solid understanding of Ethereum, including the EVM and JSON RPC.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Bonus points if you are comfortable writing Solidity smart contracts or have experience with Rust.
• The ability to communicate effectively in English.
