Our platform empowers developers to build, test, and deploy integrations across cloud and on-premise environments through an intuitive, low-code interface. Since our founding in 2017, we have grown from our roots in São Paulo to a global presence with headquarters in Weston, Florida. Following our $60 million Series B funding round in 2023, we are actively expanding our footprint in the United States and looking for a talented Senior Backend Software Specialist to help us build a more robust and scalable platform.
What you'll be doing
- You will lead architectural discussions to determine the most effective methods for solving complex technical challenges.
- You will take ownership of new features from the initial design phase through to final deployment, ensuring our product capabilities continue to evolve.
- You will perform thorough peer code reviews to maintain high standards of quality, security, and sustainability across our codebase.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software engineering and a passion for building distributed systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of professional experience in software development using Java.
- Practical experience with Camel, Spring, or Quarkus.
- Proven ability to develop solutions within Kubernetes and cloud computing environments.
- A deep understanding of observability, including metrics, logging, and tracing.
- Experience building microservices and working with messaging or streaming architectures.
- Proficiency in unit testing, particularly with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Experience working within agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Comfort with Git version control and working with both NoSQL and relational databases.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our distributed team.
