Key outcomes

• Work alongside principal engineers to plan development cycles and design robust system architectures.
• Lead subprojects focused on building and maintaining clean, testable, and data-oriented distributed applications.
• Enhance the reliability, scalability, and overall performance of our services.
• Take full ownership of your code, managing the deployment process through our continuous delivery pipeline.
• Perform deep-dive troubleshooting at the host level and refine our system monitoring and detection capabilities.
• Foster a strong engineering culture through rigorous peer reviews, on-call best practices, and active mentorship of junior team members.
• Partner with our Data Science team to develop and integrate data-driven features.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing large-scale web applications and distributed systems within a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in backend development, with a willingness to work in Go, Elixir, or Ruby. We value adaptability and the ability to learn new languages quickly, even if your background is in Java.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and common design patterns.
• The ability to balance independent work with effective team collaboration.
• A strategic mindset that allows you to contribute to business and product decision-making.
• Resilience and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Compensation

The salary for this position is 52000 EUR. In addition to the base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to support your professional and personal well-being:
