What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join us in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere. You will be an integral part of our AI-native engineering organization, helping us scale our infrastructure and improve our integration capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Designing and maintaining reliable, high-performance systems that power our AI Agents.
- Utilizing modern AI tools to scaffold code, generate tests, and document architectural decisions.
- Collaborating closely with our product team to deliver value through clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should be a disciplined engineer who thinks beyond a single stack. You need strong coding expertise in Java, Scala, or Python, along with a willingness to work across these languages as needed. We value candidates with deep knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and distributed systems. You should possess a strong product mindset, taking ownership of the solutions you build. Proficiency in both English and Polish is required for this role. We also look for candidates who are comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, NoSQL, GraphQL, and Kafka, as these technologies are central to our microservices architecture.
